Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses specific pressure points on the feet to restore balance to the entire body. By releasing tension and improving circulation, it supports natural healing, making it ideal for reducing stress, managing pain, and improving sleep.

Our sessions are led by Esti, a Certified Reflexologist (European Scientific Society for Health Professionals). With a background in social care and a passion for the outdoors, Esti brings a warm, empathetic approach to every treatment, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment for clients of all ages.

I would highly recommend Mark. My daughter was very nervous about going to the clinic.
Mark was very calming, he explained everything clearly to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable with what was happening. He constantly reassured her amd made sure she was ok.
My daughter left very happy with her treatment and I have now recommended Mark to several people.
Mark is a really friendly person and fantastic at his job!
